In our formative years we used an insurance based warranty scheme.
Feedback from our customers soon made us realise that very little was covered and that claims were limited; the car also had to be serviced inline with their specified service intervals.
The end result was frustration for us and our customers, which typically resulted in us bypassing the insurance company and resolving any issues ourselves.
Our warranty typically covers mechanical breakdown for engine, axles and gearbox, plus engine ancillaries such as starter motor, alternator, power steering, ABS and electric motors.
