My car broke down and I needed one quickly. I am so grateful to both Nick and Tony for the excellent customer service provided. They tried their best and successfully had the new car I picked going through the workshop so that I could drive it sooner as I needed quickly for my job. They were helpful, proficient and professional. I would definitely recommend buying a car from EMG Cambridge. I almost went back to bring them a box of chocolates.

Very easy and enjoyable experience. Went into Emg Cambridge looking for a new car. Young gentleman named Kieran was very helpful and introduced us to Tom Ash. Ended up coming out having bought a new kia Niro hybrid. Having now collected the vehicle I can honestly say the whole experience was very pleasant absolutely no pressure from the first introduction too collecting the car. Would highly recommend the dealership and particularly the two sales gentleman. The car is next level. Amazing to drive and looks too match

When the 2021 Kia Niro phev I had bought from EMG last August started to have problems starting I was really upset. Dean calmed me down, and sorted out a replacement car for me to use while the issue was resolved. He could not have been more helpful. There are some poor reviews of EMG on here but I am very impressed by this particular employee of the company.

We've been using EMG for ten years now and always receive excellent friendly service. Had to get a service elsewhere during covid and it cost MUCH more! When choosing our new car we went straight to EMG because of the way they treat their customers. Been dealing with Chris for several years, lovely that he remembers us even though servicing is once a year. Just collected my new car after a warning light came on, they checked everything and assured me that nothing was wrong with the car. Thanks for checking it out so promptly.

Had my car serviced and MOT at EMG Cambridge. The staff let me know it was due well in advance so it could be booked to suit me and scheduled at my convenience. Car drop off was quick and staff kept me updated throughout the day. Received car washed and cleaned as a courtesy when completed. Highly recommend EMG

EMG Kia Cambridge were fantastic because, they offer a brilliant sales and after service. The sales man Tony I dealt with, and have before is very helpful offers good advice is very patient and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. The service department people are the same, very helpful and courteous, plus making sure you get a coffee if a while you wait visit.

Absolutely fantastic service. My fan belt went when driving to Milton so I called in on the off chance that someone might be able to check and fix it. Although the servicing department was busy and fully booked for a couple of weeks, they kindly checked the car and ordered the required part, fixing it the following morning. Thank you so much to all the staff involved.
Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure that my planned trip could go ahead. For a large dealership I was very impressed as they provided the service usually offered by small family run concerns. Thanks again.

Boston Mazda were outstanding during our purchase of an MX5, which was much delayed by the effects of production disruption. While the people at Boston could do nothing about the delay, they did all they could to keep us informed throughout. Mark initially, and later, Andrea were very easy to deal with. Our part exchange was very fairly valued and new car well presented. Also good to know that Paul was there to support the process in the background. A great team to deal with!

EMG Haverhill and Cambridge. Paul Freeman at Haverhill has been the best car person I've ever dealt with. Helpful, not pushy and goes above and beyond to assist (politely) Tom at Cambridge was easy to deal with and felt very comfortable. Either branch didn't have quite what I was looking for but will go to them without hesitation.
