Our car buying experience was made easier by having the lovely, attentive and knowledgeable salesman Roshan see to us. We bought a Q7 in September and had an issue, however Andy and Jamie went above and beyond to make sure the car was returned in perfect condition and a lot of complimentary extras that they didn't need to. They also helped us through the whole warranty process and the team was great to work with. I would highly recommend!

Purchased a vehicle recently, great experience. On arrival met with Jamie, whilst professional a relaxed approach, given as much time as required to inspect and test drive, no pressure. Really positive transaction, car is in better condition than expected, Ahmed & West Motors team were great. Overall, I would highly recommend! Bought an PHEV Active Tourer and part-exchanged my old diesel Active Tourer. Got a very fair price for my old car and was happy with the final price on the new car, win win as they say. The road had a few twists and turns along the way as originally wanted an i3 but because of my insurance situation that wasn't to be.
The team were very understanding and very responsive. Car was delivered without me having viewed which can be risky, but as I said earlier, the car was in better condition than expected and didn't arrive with layers of polish (inside & out), which I really dislike. Special thanks to Ahmed, Andy and George for making it happen.

Made buying a car very enjoyable - Farook was not pushy or swarmy like usual sales men, but was instead friendly and professional, allowing us to take our time on the test drive and not push a load of extras on us.
