5star, called them Saturday morning asked if they had my size in stock, they confirmed they had both a budget and a midrange, I went for the midrange at a cost of 66, was told to just pop in anytime in the day no time slot needed, I had a coffee and left mine an hour later to go there, pulled up and they got to work on my car right away, was all completed and ready to drive away in 15mins, very friendly and efficient staff will recommend to anyone

Thought I had booked a home fitting, as the tyre was destroyed by a pot hole and sitting on my drive! Had to call them on the day and discovered I had booked incorrectly. No problem they dispatched Matt within 30 minutes and he did a great job. Very polite and professional. So much so I am writing this 5 minutes after fitting. Well done.

There was a mix up. I thought I was paying for 1 tyre, but it was actually for 2. They could have just kept the tyre and not said anything, but phoned me instead and then came back in the horrible rain and fitted the other one - and all of this got sorted ahead of schedule. Such good service! Literally could not be happier with these guys. Superb.

Amazing service, couldn't recommend them any higher. I broke down on a Friday evening and needed two tires replacing. Not from the area I called the owner (not even expecting him to answer that late at night), but to my surprise he did. He was kind, reassuring, and managed to source new tires and replace them the very next morning. The whole team were very supportive and I can't thank them enough for making me feel at ease throughout the whole process. In a nutshell - Top quality tires, reasonable price, and excellent service.

Such a speedy and informative service! My children and I were stranded in the heat yesterday on the side of the M5 110 miles from home, with a tear in my rear tyre, with no luck from my roadside recovery and a wait time of over 3 hours, I decided to google mobile tyre services and tried Gloucester Tyres. Within 35 minutes the owner was with us, he changed the tyre, explained every step of the process and also advised me on another issue he spotted to get fixed in the next few days. I feel the service, on a busy, boiling hot Sunday was efficient, helpful and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and use again (but I hope I don't have to)

Gurdeep went above and beyond for me after my Mercedes had a blow out on the M50, On inspection it was obvious that the alloy wheel was damaged beyond repair, Gurdeep not only stayed open while he awaited my arrival on the back of a breakdown truck he found a wheel and tyre that was good enough to enable me to drive back home to stoke 120 miles away Thanks Gurdeep excellent service 5 Star.
